While Hartley Glass does not provide 24/7 service, we can promptly attend during normal business hours.
Can you assist with insurance claims?

We provide the required quotes, supply and install compliant safety glass, and ensure your paperwork is handled quickly so you can get back to normal with minimal stress.
What guarantee do you offer on products and installations?
Hartley Glass stands behind the quality of our products and workmanship.
All glass and glazing installations are covered by a workmanship guarantee, and the glass itself is supplied in line with Australian Standards, carrying the manufacturer’s warranty.

Are your glaziers licensed and insured?
Yes. All Hartley Glass glaziers are fully qualified, licensed, and insured to carry out residential and commercial glazing work.
This ensures every installation meets Australian Standards, and gives you peace of mind knowing the job is done safely and professionally.
Do you supply and install shower screens and splashbacks?
Hartley Glass does not supply shower screens or splashbacks directly. These are provided through our sister company, Adelaide Shower Screens, who specialise in high-quality custom shower screens. We’re happy to connect you with their team if you require this service.

Can you custom-make mirrors, balustrades, or shelving?
Hartley Glass can custom-make and install glass mirrors and shelving to suit your home or business.
For glass balustrades, we work with our sister company Harkk, who specialise in premium balustrade and architectural glass solutions. Together, we can help you achieve the perfect finish for your project.

Hartley Glass services all of metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding regions. From the northern suburbs through to the southern beaches, the Adelaide Hills, and the western suburbs, our team provides fast, reliable glazing solutions wherever you need us. Do I need council approval for glass balustrades or fencing?
Yes, in most cases glass balustrades and pool fencing must meet council requirements and Australian Standards for safety and compliance.

How quickly can glass be replaced once ordered?
Timeframes vary depending on the type of glass required. Standard glass can often be replaced within a short turnaround, while custom or specialty glass may take longer to manufacture.

Do you provide a Certificate of Compliance for installations?
A Certificate of Compliance is not automatically issued for every job, but it can be provided on request. Please speak with our service team before installation if you require certification, and we’ll make sure the appropriate documentation is arranged.
Do you offer both residential and commercial shopfront glazing?
Yes. Hartley Glass provides expert glazing for both homes and businesses. Our team can replace or upgrade residential windows, as well as design, supply, and install compliant commercial shopfront glazing.
We use laminated safety glass and can also offer options such as tinted films and anti-graffiti coatings to suit your needs.
